- Several things have happened today.
- I joined biggestloserclub.com where they make customized meals and workout plans for you. Before I joined I used their free profile thing to figure out that I need 2495 calories to lose weight, much more than I have been eating. After joining, their meal plans recommended that my calorie range should be between 1800-1900 calories. I can live with that. Evidently I've been shocking my body into starvation mode by going from who knows how many calories down to around 1200 calories. So, First I must up my calorie count, which I did in a very unhealthy way (see Dinner and Snack). Please note though, that dinner would have fit in my calories fine if I had not went overboard on the after dinner snack, a snack I wasn't really hungry for, I just had the munchies.
- Then we went to the local YMCA to take a tour/join. We did end up joining and I also joined a fitness class, which I am both dreading and looking forward to. It has already started so I'll be coming in behind. And it is an Aquatic class... read: I'll be in a bathing suit. The Horror! But I love to swim and I've been wanting to take this class for a while now.
- Finally, I reduced our Netflix account from 3 movies at a time down to 1, because if we are really going to be serious about losing weight, we just won't have time for all the movies.
